House Rules

- Check-in time: After 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking Allowed: YES / NO (depending on property)
- Pets Allowed: YES / NO (depending on property)
- Parties or events Allowed: YES / NO (depending on property)
- Common quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- For your convenience in case of earlier arrival or late departure is required to contact us at least 2 days before
- Long term rentals 28 days or more are allowed. Please ask the Homeowner
- Additional Services upon request may be available. Feel free to ask us anything!

Payment Policy

At the time of booking, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card. Prepayment deadline is 1 day after reservation. The remaining amount will be charged 14 before the arrival date.

Cancellation Policies

Flexible

1. From 1 days to 14 days before arrival, 50% charge of total booking amount.
2. From 15 days to 365 days before arrival, 0% charge of total booking amount.

Standard

1. From 1 days to 14 days before arrival, 100% charge of total booking amount.
2. From 15 days to 365 days before arrival, 0% charge of total booking amount.
